How to install decorative wall panels

Changing the wall panels is useful when you want to change the atmosphere in your home. After carefully selecting your decorative wall panels and visualising the result for your rooms, it is time to get ready to install your new decoration.

Before you start, note that Grosfillex wall panels are very easy to install even on existing tiling and other surfaces.

The first step is to determine the installation method you want to use.

1. For installation in a bathroom there are 3 possibilities:

• By direct gluing using Grosfillex specific glue for PVC panels
• With adhesive tape thanks to our ultra-strong adhesive tapes
• Install on cleats to enable ventilation between the panels and the wall

2. If you are installing wall panels in a bedroom, kitchen or dining room, 3 methods are possible

• By direct gluing using Grosfillex specific glue for PVC panels
• With adhesive tape thanks to our ultra-strong adhesive tapes
• By stapling the panels directly onto the plasterboards

These different size PVC panels are lightweight and easy to handle. Regardless of the range you opt for: Element Compact Premium, Element 3D, Element Compact, the panels can be cut to size using a simple cutter.

Good to know: Grosfillex decorative wall panels are fully waterproof and are perfectly suited for shower cabins for example.
